Teerlink Residence

The Teerlink residence, a 13000+ sq. ft. home in Telluride, Colorado, is another project by architect James Hardy. As with the Lee residence, Ron Yaw and myself were given the task of taking hand drawn schematics and putting them on CAD, then developing the working set of drawings. This house is currently under construction, so I don't yet have any photos. Early in the Design Development phase, the architect had made changes to the entry and was having trouble conveying this to the client. He asked me to make a 3D computer model of the entry to help explain, and the clients liked it so much they asked to have the whole house modeled. This was the first model I had done for a client, and it proved to be invaluable as a presentation tool and visual aid for the contractor.
